Fall 2011
November 21st 4:30 pm
Spring 2012
April 16th 4:30 pm
To withdraw from a course you will need to pick up an Undergraduate Withdrawal form at the Registrar's office. Your advisor and the professor for the course you are withdrawing from will need to sign the form. Then, you must turn the form back in to the Registrar in order for it to be processed. Forms that are missing signatures or that are turned in after the deadline will not be accepted.
If you are unable to find your professor or advisor, Jill Weigel, Director of Academic Advising, may sign off for them.
